  • What types of cards can I get graded?
    We accept a large variety of different cards for grading, in all languages. To see the full list of cards we currently offer our services for click here.
  • Can I submit cards if I live outside of Australia?
    Yes. We currently accept international submissions. Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying any duty/tax fees on incoming or outgoing shipments. Additional shipping charges may also be charged.
  • How do I submit my cards for grading?
    To submit your cards for grading, click the submit cards link at the top of the page. Once you have selected the service level you want, you will be directed to a page to enter the details of your cards. After submitting your form you will be emailed a confirmation with our address to mail your cards to. You will also receive a 'submission id' number to be written down and included in your submission. For our advice on the best way to pack your cards, click here.
  • When am I required to pay for my submission?
    Payment is not required until your submission has been received and processed by our graders. Once your submission is ready to be graded you will be emailed an invoice for payment. Payment options are: Stripe, Paypal, Afterpay.
  • Where do I send my order?
    Once you have completed and paid for your submission, please package and post your cards to: OCE GRADING SERVICES PO BOX 48 EMU PARK, QLD, 4710 AUSTRALIA
  • Can I drop my cards off in person?
    No. Unfortunately we do not currently offer walkthrough submissions or drop offs at this time. This may change in the future.
  • How long does the grading take?
    Grading can take between 5 and 30 business days, depending on the service level you have selected when submitting your order.
  • Will you grade autographed cards?
    We do grade autographed cards. We do not give a separate autograph grade to these, just our standard card condition grade.
  • What is insured value?
    Insured value is the financial value you assign to each card you submit to us. This insured value is used to determine the amount of insurance assigned to each card while they are with us and when we ship them back to you. The shipping fee calculated on your form submission will increase based on your declared value. We currently have a insured value limit of $5000 per submission.
  • Are my cards insured?
    Your cards are insured through our grading and return process based upon the declared value you have assigned to each card during your submission. At this current time that limit is $5000 per submission. If your submission will exceed this limit we recommend splitting your cards accross multiple submissions.
  • My return address has changed, what should I do?"
    No problem, if your return address has changed or you made a mistake during your submission, please contact us by replying to your submission confirmation email or email us directly at:
  • Do you offer card cleaning?
    No, we do not offer any card cleaning service. We maintain strict grading procedures to ensure your cards remain in the same condition we received them in. So make sure that you clean any dust/dirt etc from your cards before sending them in to us.
